I've had several of these items. A tiny lift up seat so you can store things. In addition to that nothing gets wet! You have storage that keeps everything in there dry. That is not easy to come by. I still have the storage piece that I kept horse halters and leads. We had an unusual burst of wind one night and the next morning I picked up horse stuff. The piece had rolled across the yard; top came off along with the bottom. Nothing was damaged. The 4 sides, the top and bottom were undamaged. No cracks, no chips, nothing. I put it back together and it is still sitting out by the pasture gate full of halters and leads that still remain dry. If I get a good price on one I buy and give to friends as gifts. I recommend them.
