Our dog has gotten older and sometimes struggles to hold her urine and other times she struggles to get down the stairs to go outside and these have been a lifesaver to my floors! I have been through several different brands of pee pads trying to find something that has good absorbency but doesn't cost an arm and a leg. These have been the best value and still actually work! I like this potty pad. it is perfect for my small dog. it is more rectangular than square. therefore he tends to pee on one end and I can flip the potty pad and then he can pee on the other end. One potty pad lasts me the whole day. usually. My dog is about 12 lb, the size of a cat.
