Likes: The unit is very well designed and looks great on the counter. It’s not too big and is fun to work and try different combinations of drinks. For Christmas we’re steaming eggnog and adding espresso for eggnog latte’s. I did have to purchase a stainless steel steamer pot for the milk to be steamed. You can find a nice one under $15. Dislikes: The unit drips when removing the espresso handle so I keep a small glass to catch the 1oz. of water. Also, it’s difficult to clean out the espresso grounds to make another espresso. A spoon is needed to dig the used grounds out of the handle.
