Perfect for older people!
This is an amazing idea! My father-in-law is older and has trouble bending over to get the ice out of my freezer. This was a great solution! The only thing I can say that is not great on this machine is that the hot water takes a long time to dispense. Makes it a little difficult when you have to hold the cup under there for so long. The water is hot so the machine is definitely doing its job. I’m just a little impatient. Although I feel it is a little overpriced, I highly recommend this machine. I’m sure once other companies catch on the prices will go down.
