Pump works, horrible shipping, no wrench included

1. Delivery was very poor. From California to Washington State it took 6 days totally instead of the three days as promised. Tracking was almost non-existent, just kept saying delayed enroute with no location or update. 2 . Bulbous shape was poor, causes difficulty using any kind of a socket wrench or straight drive to attach the bolts. And doesn't work with sets of Allen wrenches in a housing, only able to tighten bolts with a simple allen wrench on the short end - and no allen wrench included in the packaging - NOT GOOD...... 3. Pump caused excessive vibration at first, causing the whole pressure washer to vibrate and move. Seems to have been improving as it's been used. 4. Instructions are very poorly worded and long-winded in the wrong areas. Driving badly need to rewrite them, with somebody who speaks English doing the editing...
