Great morning and midday drink

Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

Good product! . Mixes ok but does take a little bit more stirring. .. I don't mind the extra stirs because the flavor is so worth it ! .. Love it! .. Best tasting chocolate drink I have tried! .. Due to milk issues that I have, I prefer mixing with ice water and not milk. .. Still thick, creamy, good and adds more nutrients for me. .. I think it would be great added to other beverages/smoothies, etc.. I just haven't tried yet. .. For now I really enjoy it just mixing in ice water. .. Another great thing about the Instant breakfast is it saves me a lot compared to the price of the bottled nutritional drinks that I use to buy.

A delicious alternative to other Nutritional drnks

I first started drinking this in the 1960s when it first came out. Can you believe it. I just started again because I'm going through chemo treatments and I don't really like the nutritional drinks like boost or equates version. C Carnation energy drink is the best! it's delicious and it gives me all the vitamins I need. sometimes I'll even drink two in a day.
