Boils water quickly easier to peel boiled eggs.

Although I rarely use salt for veggies, food, or baking, however I do keep coarse Morton Kosher salt on hand for boiling eggs. Perfect for speeding up the boiling of the eggs, as well as making it 1,000% easier to peel the boiled eggs.

Great as a coarse salt

The canister top's design makes using this salt easy as it both sprinkles and allows for using a measuring spoon. I use Kosher Salt exclusively for seasoning meats and chicken before cooking and not so much for baking or saucing.

i dont like regular iodized salt

i dont use a lot of salt and while i do cook a lot, the last container of the course kosher salt i had lasted 2 years. it isnt iodized which i like and a tiny pinch will do beautifully. you dont have to use nearly as much as plain table salt.
