Sturdy, easy to lift in and out of canning pot.
A sturdy product that protects your precious jars of preserves in the canner keeping them off the boiling hot heat of the bottom of the pot. I don't use the canner to lift bottles in or out of the pot - only to position them in the canner to protect them from breaking. Dry the rack as soon as you remove it from the canner so the metal won't rust. A good rack is a canning must!
