Excellent item- high quality, fine price

These are very good. You need to cook them longer than they say on the package, first to steam them then to "evaporate" the liquid. They are still very wet, so you might want to drain some off. The mushrooms are delicious- tasing like a fine restaurant- and at an incredibly fair price. This is the best Better Goods item I've purchased, so far.

I needed good mushrooms for Christmas peas and herbs and took a chance on these. Honestly, the freshness of these will blow your socks off compared to canned or unsauteed mushrooms. Super earthy and fragrant right out of the bag and nice generous sized slices that don't disappear into your dish. Easy and quick for when you don't have time to slice and wash mushrooms and a pretty good price.

Excellent product for mushroom lovers

So easy to use. I simmered 4 oz. of it for 2 minutes, let it cool, added a little water and corn starch, stirred and heated along with a cut up chicken breast. Really easy gourmet quality gravy for mashed potatoes or stuffing. The mushroom selection/blend makes this a bit of a luxury, and they are already seasoned to make your cooking go faster. The rich seasoning might make this not quite right for an omelet in my opinion but there are many other ways to enhance a dish with this product. Since mushrooms go bad so fast in the fridge this bag can be a standby source in your freezer.
