Prime Hydration Sports Drink, Ice Pop, 16.9 fl oz, 12 Pack, Bottles

I'm a big fan of the Prime hydration drinks. I tend to have very low potassium levels. It's a good idea for me to drink this type of hydration beverage because it contains a lot of potassium. Prime is one of the few brands that has excellent flavors and this Orange Swirl is fabulous. It tastes like a Creamsicle. (The ice cream bars that are orange sherbet on the outside and have vanilla ice cream inside.) Many other hydration drinks have so much sodium they taste like sweat. That's just nasty. I've purchased many flavors of Prime Hydration drinks and have loved every one so far. They're very low in sugar and do a great job quenching my thirst.

I love the taste of this, if you drink it ice cold, it's like having a creamsicle. It is very good. Prime works well with rehydration after exercise, working or playing outside, especially on warmer days. The standard prime contains a low amount of salt usually between 10 - 30 mg. My whole family enjoys it, my kids play sports, my parents don't hydrate enough, but they will drink this, because who doesn't want a creamsicle without all the sugar.
