Great quality, easy to clean and operate.

I made a lot of breakfast sausages, italian sausages and my favorite jalepeno chedder sausages with this machine. This thing is heavy and well-made and a great price compared to MEAT or LEM although I haven't seen or tried their machines in person. This is just based off price and how well the Hakka Brothers machine performed for me. The initial shipment was missing a couple of spare parts but Hakka Brothers were very quick to respond and the spare sealing ring and cleaning brush were sent immediately. This thing is also easy to clean, fill and operate. Overall very impressed and look forward to years of sausage making with this machine!!!

Hakka Bros. 7 lb sausage stuffer

This is a great sausage stuffer. All stainless, including nozzles, easy to fill and clean. And a dream to use, even if you're doing it by yourself. My one additional accessory that I want is a smaller nozzle than the smallest that came with the unit. That one is sized to fit 22 mm casings (I'm going by memory here since I'm on the road right now) which is about breakfast link size. I want one for snack stick size. When I got the stuffer, I read the directions, washed everything, lubed the silicone gasket with vegetable shortening, and ran 8 lbs. of venison/beef mix into collagen casings. Nice. So much easier than using my grinder and a wagon wheel plate. Finally, I bought this on Walmart.com for $10 less than on the Prime membership site. Who woulda thunk it? This is a great deal on a piece of equipment you'll be glad you bought.
