When my family lived on a farm just south of Plainview, Texas we sent our hogs there for butchering and we got Plainview stye sausage. Good flavor and not too hot. And when Jimmy Dean started his sausage business, we wanted good Plainview sausages. Always our favorite. The quality is wonderful.

The sausage links are so convenient. They're so simple to microwave and have ready quick for using breakfast. The flavor and the taste is unbelievable. Every once in a while, you will get a little bit of a hard bite, which is why I didn't give it a full five star rating but overall I keep buying them and they are very good!
