Green Pan Reversible Griddle

This is a well made griddle that I bought to use on my induction stove although the first time I used it was in the oven. I followed the directions and put a light coating of oil on it before baking a variety of seafood at a high temperature. It cleaned up beautifully. Can't wait to try pancakes on the stove! I love the environmentally friendly coating Green Pan puts on their cookware which is also healthier for us humans.

High quality skillets!

I have been wanting a set of cast iron skillets, I seen this set at a discounted price and I am so pleased with my purchase. It's two pan sizes work for my smaller recipes, and the larger skillet is nice when I am making bigger portions. I just used the griddle for the first time and cooked the best pancakes ever. The weighted press worked really nice while cooking a steak in the skillet. It has some easy-to-understand description on keeping your skillet seasoned so, that you will have and use these kitchen tools for a long time.
