This is the best security camera I have ever had in my life. Five stars and an A . The motion and sound detection are very responsive, sending instant alerts to my phone via the app. I love that it supports both 2.4G and 5G WiFi, making connectivity seamless. The camera is of good quality. It is an excellent indoor camera that you can mount anywhere. Clear color video for day and black-and-white for night. The great app allows you to easily control and turn the camera lens all around. Bonus intercom system for two-way talking. It works perfectly. We are so pleased with this item. Highly recommended. Good quality product.

Overall the camera seems to be built pretty well. The mounting bracket is plastic, which I didn't really didn't like. It comes with a manual written in like 6 languages, but non of the instructions are very informative. It is basically, down load app, plug in device, see if it works. A Q code is given for the app, no link. I just opened the Play Store and searched for Arenti. I downloaded it, plugged the device in and basically figured out the installation on my own. It will prompt you to press reset, but there is no visible reset button on the camera. I have delt with similar cams, so I thought I might know where the reset was. If you didn't have any idea, you would probably be upset. The slot for the sd card and the reset button are located directly below the lense in the black "eye" area of the cam. You need to push the eye up to access it. I didn't bother, the screen was prompting me to try connecting with bluetooth instead, so I just did that. I can see someone new to cams having some frustration with the instructions, but just follow along with the app and you will get it. I dont think the reset part is necessary, even though I did unplug and replug mine at that point. It didn't appear to do anything, so I did the "try another way" with bluetooth and it connected right up. Once it is connected the app gives access to many different settings for sound, video, modes, and all that. It has probably everything you could possibly need, like flipping the image upside down for ceiling mounting, connecting to other apps, all that good stuff. Overall it seems like a good cam, that's why I gave it 5 stars. The plastic mounting bracket is the biggest gripe I have, but I really think it will probably be ok. The instructions are almost worthless, but the do give you an option of downloading a manual. I didn't need the manual, so I didn't download it, but it may be of help to new users. The camera to app setup could be a little better, but it isn't very hard either. I have seen MUCH worse. For the price this seems to be a good camera for the value. The video quality is great for a 3Mp camera. Sound works fine too, but I turned mine off. Where mine is going, it won't need sound.
