LIMITED WARRANTY Primo Water Corporation, (“Vendor”) warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or invoice. The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which Vendor shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, you should contact Vendor’s Customer Service Department using the contact information listed below. If Vendor confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defective part without charge. If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. Vendor will return replacement parts to original purchaser, freight or postage prepaid. For units purchased outside of the continental US (limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), dispensers determined to be defective by the Vendor should be returned or exchanged at the original point of purchase within the warranty period. The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the dispenser, as set out in the User’s Manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish after purchase, including without limitation scratches, dents, discoloration or rust. The Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Vendor disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors. AFTER THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1) YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Overall good Quality, I definitely like the three different settings for the hot water, cold water and even coldest water. It definitely gets real hot and super cold . Nice addition to my kitchen we are hoping with this to buy less bottled water.

Must-have water dispenser
This water filling dispenser was purchased for an extremely reasonable price and it was needed due to the amount of packaged water my family goes through. The assembly was hard for me to figure out so I highly recommend reading the instructions! It makes the perfect office room necessity. Refilling is easy. The way the water flows is just like a sink nozzle. The hot setting is a plus especially for coffee and tea drinkers!

great mid range water dispenser!
water doesn't taste like plastic which was my main concern and has stainless steel internal tanks . build quality is nice and tight , it's quiet and barely runs after it finishes it's first cool / heat cycle at initial plug in . I was surprised how quickly it heated the water and the led light is a nice feature indicating heat / cool function . it's much lighter than my previous g.e profile dispenser but heats and cools faster somehow . very quick and easy to setup , no assembly except installing a water bottle initially passing water through all 3 water spouts letting all the air out and finally plugging it into wall . took less than 5 mins . not that it matters but its also nice to look at . if I had to be picky , there seems to be a small 2 inch ripple in very bottom center of stainless panel which looks like a manufacturer assembly defect but I only noticed it while wiping it down as I can't really see it visually and it looks uniform like it's from a machine as the box it came in was in perfect condition.
