Not bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend used it because I'm lactose intolerant but he seemed to like it and said it blended well in his post workout shake. As for bloating, not sure if it helped much but it absorbed well into the shake. The packaging was pretty good and lightweight

No taste and easily dissolves!

Taste-free and easy to mix

It mixes very nicely with shakes and smoothies, and fiber beverages. Within the first week I noticed a boost in my energy levels in the morning. It has a nice round up of vitamins, none that I felt were exceeding in concentration- something I'm very mindful of when taking supplements. I've enjoyed it so much that I'm making it a permanent staple in my routine.
