Almost killed by covid-19 or the shot.
I had long covid with or without a reaction to the Pfizer shots. NAC improved everything about me, and I haven't been sick for 9 months. Exercising is always important, and NAC actually helps your lungs, liver kidneys, and heart function as you exercise. I also attribute olive oil every morning to my overall health. NAC is a 1963 approved over the counter drug that destroys free radicals. Don't take over 1800 mg a day, though. It is said to interfere with pleasure receptors in a way that lowers your pleasure response.
