This product drains the dead cells, cleans the lymph nodes and helps clean the liver. It helped me restore my gut mucus. I couldnt even digest my food. Ancestral bile and this product helped me alot with digestion. Before I drink a little bit of water, to wake up the stomach first. Then I take it with a ,little bit, of apple or cranberry or orange juice 2 capsules empty stomach - I wait 15 min and then I have breakfast. It smell funny but for me it worked. After 1 or 2 months rest for 1 or 2 weeks. Everything in moderation works.
