Taste great!

These taste great! They are a hard tablet that you chew up and I love that rather than having to mix it because I can just toss them in my gym bag to take with me on the go! I can definitely tell the days I skip taking them, they seem to really help!

Decent Boost without the Jitters

The chews' taste is not bad and goes down easily. The boost while working out was pretty good and recover was easy. It's not as much of a boost as other creatine products but that's to be expected seeing as this doesn't have added caffeine or anything else. It's creatine and that's it. Overall, I'm happy with it. I was able to take it in the evening and still go to sleep a couple hours later. That makes it worth it to me.

taste good

These are super convenient, no need for water or a shaker, just pop one in and go. The lemon-lime flavor is refreshing, not too sweet, and doesn't leave a weird aftertaste. I just wish they came in a gummy form instead of a tablet, but they still give me a nice boost in my workouts.
