One of the best preworkouts!

I've tried a bunch of different brands and formulas, but none have worked as well as this one. If you enjoy that itchy/tingly feeling from beta-alanine, you'll love it. The effects kick in pretty quickly and last through my whole workout, with no crash afterward. It mixes really smoothly with water—no clumps or gritty texture. The cherry limeade flavor is actually really good too, not overly tart. Definitely worth trying!

I love it!!

I tried the Essential Pre-Workout in Cherry Limeade and it actually surprised me. The flavor is solid tangy and sweet, kind of like a cherry lime slush, and not too overpowering. Mixes up pretty smooth without clumps. Energy-wise, it gives me a nice boost without making me feel jittery, and I noticed I can push through my workouts with more focus. Overall, it tastes good, works well, and doesn't leave me with a crash afterward. Definitely a solid pre-workout.
