I have only been using it for a week, so I don't expect to see much change yet. I started using this after reading Next Level by Dr. Stacy Sims. Some people use it in coffee, but for me, it affects the taste too much. The flavor is pretty complex. For me, it tastes a lot like ginger. I prefer using it in my overnight oats.
