Whoever designed this heating pad, understood the problems with neck pain. I love the fact that it's sturdy not flip-flopping and retains the heat really well with some moisture. This was an excellent find and I hope anyone with neck problems would consider purchasing this neck heating pad. It's well designed for comfort!!!

This Microwaveable Moist Heat Neck Heating Pad is the best I've found. * Quality material and removable, washable cover. * Ample length and width to fit all the way around neck. Instruction pamphlet shows other uses for shoulders, knees, etc. * Two sizes of pad attached to cover partially up back of head. (Helps with headache relief.) * Filling stays warm for long use. (( Follow directions for heating! )) * Priced well for product's quality.

Poor quality

When we first tried to use this neck wrap, we heated it up in the microwave. It burned your skin %26 had a bad smell to it. Later noticed it had a hole burned in it %26 seeds came falling out. Not to happy with the quality of this wrap.
