It's simple to use and keeps you quite warm though it does not feel hot like a sleeping pad. You can choose how many hours you wish to use it.. up to eight which is quite convenient. I have purchased others and returned them as to complicated. Though it is only a two week ownership I highly recommend it.👍👏
