Lavazza Classy Mini Espresso Machine, Expert Espresso Capsule Compatibility

I did a lot of research before replacing my Nespresso Vertuo. I didn't like how big it was and it kept giving me problems. I don't have very much disposable income and buying this was a splurge. That's also why I did so much research. THIS little machine checks all the boxes, and I absolutely love it. I chose it because of the look, the size, and the online reviews. I exclusively buy LavAzza lungo espresso Intenso pods and make what I would call between a cappuccino and a latte. Absolutely delicious! I don't use it every single day because that would not be very economical lol. I just really, really love having the convenience of a pod machine available to me. A couple things to note - there is not a lot of clearance under the dispenser (not sure what word to use here) have attached pictures so you can see. These are also proprietary pods, which means you cannot just pick them up at the local grocery store. I'm not sure if knock off pods are available. I'm not sure if I should've knocked a star off for ease of use, Learning anything new is not easy for me. I'm not sure if it came with presets, but I read the manual and was able to set the amount of water to my liking. It's only two buttons so how hard can it be? :)

I've used a Nespresso machine and pods for years....until I tasted Lavazza espresso at a friend's. SO MUCH BETTER!!! So, bought the Nespresso pods. Okay, but inconsistent. Then, purchased Lavazza machine and pods. SO WONDERFUL! Never expected a machine that uses pods to be so very consistent, excellent in taste, small footprint, and easy to use. Perfect temperature for espresso. Thankfully, it does not make coffee - that appears to ruin espresso machines. Additionally, aluminum pods can be recycled. YEAH!
