This item clearly lists and shows in pictures in the ad that it comes with a thick cushioned pillow. This is not true . It came with just a flat mat. The items description and pictures are inaccurate. For this reason i am going to return this item and have sent the seller a message stating why it's being returned. Very disappointed

did not receive the size i ordered. i ordered a medium and what i received is smaller than a small. what i received is 15in by 15in and didnt come with a pillow was it stated would be included. Definitely too small for my dog but st least my cat gets some use out of it. would still recommend with caution to size up and not expect a pillow to be included. not impressed.
