I don’t know if it happened when it was going from the store to get shipped or if it was the shipping place or I got it from it was FedEx, but when I got my box, they put it on the porch. I grabbed it. It was all wet underneath. It was the bottle of soap leak all in the bottom of the box. And I try to get some help I could not get no help. I am really unhappy. I was trying to talk to a real person, but the AI came along. I don’t really like that but yeah I don’t know who’s fault it was I don’t know if it was between The Store and FedEx or if it was FedEx to my house but the container Dan container was wrapped in plastic, but it still leak through and what happened was the lid of the pump was loose and it spilled all over.
