I paid extra for the premium version. The description said there would be absolutely no signs of wear and a new battery sufficient for daily, heavy use. The phone I received has a noticeable scuff/scratch right above the screen/front speaker in the aluminum body. The battery was also at 97% battery life right out of the box. It has since gone down to 96% after only about 2 weeks of light use. I am overall satisfied with my purchase and the price I paid, but the seller should be more accurate in their listings. Anyone else would have returned the phone instantly, but I was in desperate need of a new phone.

I'm very happy with my new iPhone 14. It is in excellent condition and arrived when promised. I appreciated the guidance available online for transferring my data from my old phone. I didn't realize it came with a screen protector and unfortunately I messed it up checking it, so it now isn't adhered well in the corners. That's on me.

I went from an iPhone X to an iPhone 14. So it feels like a huge upgrade. The phone is functioning perfectly and the screen and body are in great condition. My only complaint is that I purchased "excellent" and there are noticeable dents in the metal around the camera lenses. Additionally one of the lenses has a small chip out of it. However, I haven't noticed any issues with photos. But for purchasing excellent condition, I would have expected not to have received a phone with this defect. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase
