Cant tell you about the taste yet, i havent had time to bake with it yet. The first bottle i opened i used in my floor vents by pouring a few drops down into them. Now my house smells absolutely wonderful, like fresh baked cinnamon rolls all the time, and the smell gets refreshed every time my AC kicks on. The smell never totally goes away because it soaks into drapes, furniture, etc. Since the smell is that strong, i can't wait to see how wonderful the flavor is of this oil in my baked goods. It is obviously highly concentrated unlike so many other oils i have bought and wasted money on. I am now a big LorAnn fan. HIGHLY Recommend!!!

LorAnn oils are the best for making candies and flavoring your baked goods. This one in particular, along with some clove oil, is essential for making a replacement for the now discontinued "happy farmer" cinnamon fire hard candies (can I say Jolly Rancher in a review for another product? We'll see!). Very cost effective much of the time, especially around the holidays.
