the shipping was fast it came early, the color said black but the unit is white with a blue lid, but I'm not picky. the washing machine hose is short hard to drain in an apartment but I extended it with another attachable hose I got from Walgreens, it washes well, but tangles clothes in knots. mesh washbags and medium and small loads are a must. use slippery soaps to reduce knotting oxyclean works best. the little dryer is awesome! gets them about 90%dry
