These have really helped my husbands knees and my shoulder. We have been taking these for way over a year. It may take a few weeks to "kick in" so be patient. This is the only one on the market that I found where you only have to take 2 pills a day and both at the same time of day. With that said, these pills are pretty big, so if you have trouble swallowing big pills you may need to look elsewhere. I know that what works for me may not work for you, but these are well worth the try. They work for us. I am a real customer, I got nothing at a discount rate or was paid in any way for this review. I am the real deal! Hope this helps.
