O-Cedar PowerCorner® One Sweep Large Broom with Step-On Dustpan

Most of us do not think much about which broom to buy. In the past, I have always just chosen the broom that was on the rack, not really thinking about what the differences were between the various ones (I mean a broom is a broom, right?). I really have to say that I have been re-educated with this broom. It really does clean better than a standard one. The first thing I noticed was that the angle really does get further into the corners under the edge of the cabinets and the stove. It is nicely balanced so you can sweep longer before you start getting tired. Another feature is the little handle close to the head that makes it work like a whisk broom when you are sweeping the dirt into the dustpan. The dustpan is also quite nice as it actually fits the broom. It clips on and does not slide down the handle like some I have had in the past. It also has a place on the back that acts like a scraper for the broom and helps pull out those little dust bunnies that always seem to get caught in the broom bristles - without you having to use your fingers.

I myself prefer the Angle Brooms I feel they work way better then the straight bristles especially when you sweeping the corners of a room. First off this is made by O-Cedar and made in the good oh U.S.A. I like the idea that the dust pan is made to attach to the handle which keeps it from falling off or being lost. I usually put some kind of tape on my older brooms so I could attach the dust pan with this Cedar Corner Angle Broom I don't need to that as it stays attached to the handle. I also always store my brooms upside down with the bristles up and the handle down unless they they have a hook or opening on the handles on the top then I'll do that. This broom bristles measure 9" at the top and the bottom is 12" in width and the length from the top part of the handles to the end of the bristles measures 54". I also prefer the mental over plastic or wood. I haven't had this very long so I'm not sure how well it will hold up but, like I said I never put my brooms with the bristles on the ground or floor it messes them up. So far I like this set a lot and I'm sure you will to.
