Hello, my name is Judy. I have used this pan for cooking eggs. I've made French toast. I've cooked frozen chicken sausage put water in the bottom of the pan and steamed it. It cooks very fast. I cooked potatoes up and put water in the bottom and steamed the potatoes comes out fantastic. I made pancakes in it. I just love this pan. There is so much you can do that cooked meats in it so easy to clean. It's worth the money thank you so much. You could put soap in it. You could travel with it you could cook hamburgers in it.
