This makes a noticeable difference for me if I take it when eating food containing gluten. Without it I feel full and bloated; with it I feel normal, provided I'm not eating a huge amount of gluten. I can buy it cheaper other places, but I'm happy about the convenience of ordering it from Walmart.

I love this product!!! I highly recommend:) I had the worst gut issues, poor digestion, and inflammation. I knew nothing about health, but I had to learn more by default bc I was miserable and so unhappy. I had food intolerances from having prolonged inflammation that I didn't know about. I was addicted to sugar like a crack head too btw which fed an overgrowth of candida. My healing has taken some time, but this is by far my favorite enzyme combination. I say this because it's rare to have a prebiotic and probiotic together that is vegan, as well as the full spectrum of enzymes. I can't tell you enough, how much this product really helped me. Everything I needed was all in one. When you have an overgrowth of yeast and gut imbalances it affects essentially everything else. My skin was terrible. I couldn't eat certain things bc they would break me out. Essentially, I had to start from ground zero, cleanse, and detoxed. My body didn't break down foods properly anymore, and I felt like crap. My skin was terrible, I felt depressed, my eye brows didn't grow back, and my hair was thin. Everything is internal FIRST. If any of you are going through something similar, I'm telling you …. This is the best product that I've found. Other pre and probiotics would bloat me or break me out. I like that it has additional antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties as well. It also has the full spectrum of enzymes if you are starting from ground zero like me. Also, I love that it's vegan, because I didn't have to worry about something being inflamed or triggering something I was doing my best to heal at the time. I didn't learn anything from a doctor.
