Perfect for small business/venue
This is perfect for a small business. Comparable to other much more expensive machines(the $1k-$3k ones) This is not a machine for ppl who just want to play around or make a treat for their kids(referring to some of the other reviews)This is a real shaved ice machine for a small business/truck/or even a church or school but not to put on your counter at home; It is heavy, the teeth are sharp to hold the ice securely for long periods of time which is definitely needed. Being business appropriate the owners are more familiar with freezing time, size,how to properly place/shave the ice etc. So as far as I'm concerned this machine is perfect for what I need I can produce a quality product and did not have to waste money on a different overpriced model.This does come with a shield. I would have preferred they not put the ugly stickers on it. I'm sure Any replacement parts would be available by contacting the Great Northern Popcorn co.
