I have used mct oil for years off and on, for energy, and also to boost ketones. since c6 and c8 are the best in MCTs, I chose this to try in coffee and smoothies. It has no taste but I use it with Almond milk and love the mild creamy taste, especially for coffee. it is pure c6, so wish it had c8 too but thats ok. have already bought my 2nd jar.
