Swanson Oat Bran Powder dissolves immediately in warm or cold beverages. I add it to milk for my cereal and to my smoothies. It is tasteless and gives a creamy texture. It is convenient to useat home or on the go. Another name brand "Nu...m" that is just ultra-finely ground oat bran, much the same as Swanson Oat Bran Powder, currently sells for about six times more. I am very happy with my purchase. Did I mention that Jet gives great discounts? I love shopping with jet.com. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Oat bran Fiber powder, AKA Angel powder

This is the best fiber supplement I have ever used and want to use every single day. You can make banana pancakes, mix it with pudding, apple sauce, anything your heard desire. After my surgery, this product was an angel on my inside!
