Awesome Writing apparatus!
This product has become quite contagious at my job. First it was the only pen the boss would use, then the accounting section liked it. Now I'm ordering this pen for other departments, and I'm sneaking to use it myself. I figure by next year our office will be fully converted!!! The ink presents quite a professional look to business correspondence.

Scam, no customer service
description states very clearly that this product is a quantity of 1 Dozen. when you receive it, it is a single pen that costs $5 due to the shipping. I called to talk with Midstates and no one answers and the mailbox is full. sent an email about 24 hours ago with no response as of yet

I too received my oen in the mail. The title The description says 1 dozen, but I received a huge box with 1 pen in it. Not very happy since a 8 pack only costs $12.99 and they charge $9 for one pen. Will be sending it back.
