It's cool that there's starting to be more awareness about the importance of protein but most on the go products are garbage. There was a time when I was relieved to be able to grab a Fairlife Core Power Shake at the airport but now after going down the rabbit hole of attempting to find quality supplements and food I can't stomach it. I don't know how I ever swallowed those slimy chunks that are in there or the overly artificially sweetened aftertaste.
