the product was easy to use and had more features than I thought. It is bright enough where I can see it in the daylight. I can record data related to my sleep patterns and display the results on my phone. I like the daily activity monitor and workout monitor.

i really wanted a watch, so I don't have to keep my cellphone with me all the time to track steps. it's convenient to see the time when i want. the watch tracks pulse rate, oxygen level, stress level and calculates energy used for various exercises. an interesting feature is tracking your sleep and the different phases. it's an impressive piece of tech, particularly for the price. this will be a great watch to get back into fitness and determine if there's a need for one even more precise and elaborate. for now, it's all i need and more. The favorite function i didn't expect, is being able to operate media on my phone, from the watch. i can stop and start movies, fast forward and reverse music, or take pictures using the shutter remote. i can see the titles of what is playing too.i have a bad habit of missing calls. with the alert on my watch, i can see who is calling and answer without even hearing my phone ring. the alarms are helpful too.a gentle vibration on your wrist is a nice way to wake up. everything is customizable. you can adjust everything to your liking and turn off what you don't use. probably what makes this watch stand out compared to similar watches in the price point is the battery life. you can go four, or five days on a single charge. it takes a couple of hours to get back to 100%. You can't go wrong with this watch. just the fact it tells time on your wrist is worth it. don't get me started with all the different watch faces you can download. You can get a fancy, high-tech face that shows you everything at a glance, or just simple hands with a second ticker and everything in between. check it out. you will be glad you did.
