if you love spicy, though not necessarily hot, you will like this and the birria flavor. I was expecting ramen noodles but these are not really. they are thicker and wider. pay attention to directions too, as they are different. if you like to add extras, I sometimes add small amount of VERY thinly sliced beef or chicken. these should be nuked separately!! if not, you'll have a very messy microwave. just sayin.

Absolutely amazing **if you tweak it a little bit. I followed instructions exactly (including let sit for 2-3 minutes in microwave) and when I pulled them out of the microwave, it was extremely soupy and noodles were not done which explains some of the negative reviews I read. I microwaved an extra minute (3:30 total) and let it sit for about 7-8 minutes to let the broth and flavor soak into the noodles. They got thicker and perfectly done. Perfect amount of spice in my opinion (it says medium on the cup, so yes they're a little spicy karen). I will absolutely be getting more of these. I did also end up adding a bit of shredded cheese into it, which made it a bit thicker and taste even better. So glad I found these, it's a nice switch up and I'd love to see more flavors from this brand
