Assurance Barrier Cream, 8.5 fl oz

As someone who regularly uses adult incontinence products, I can attest to how important having a proper below the belt skin care routine can be for managing a condition like nocturnal urinesis. This is my first time using this particular product or one with the active ingredient Dimethicone. My first impressions of it was actually one of utter suprise. I was expecting a greasy consistency much like petroleum jelly, but this cream's texture was actally increadibly smooth and light feeling like a proper hand lotion. It didn't feel heavy or dense and also didn't clump when I applied my usual corn starch power. It was gentle and non irritating to some rather tender chafing I had going on, in fact it added a nice soothing feel to that dry sensitive patch. Once rubbed in the cream itself is nearly invisible, but when first squeezed out of the tube the cream is white in color. This Assurance barrier cream was easy to apply and wipe off my hands after using it with a simple standard baby wipe so clean up is a breeze, which is another major plus. The tube itself was easy to open and close with the convenient pop cap lid. I will absolutely be purchasing this product again! I'm so impressed and excited to have something as nice as this on hand at an affordable everyday price.
