Mac%26Cheese, Animal %26 Gluten Free

Let's face it, you really cannot compare plant cheese to animal milk cheese, they just aren't in the same class. But, in comparison with other plant based cheese products, Daiya is at the forefront it flavor and melt consistency. Always have been. These taste like a 9 out of 10 to real cheese, and that's doing pretty dang good, considering how it's made from plants. I've been using the Daiya brand ever since about 2013, when I got ahold of a 4lb chub of their Cheddar Cheese, which you needed to heat to melting point and you'd swear it was cheese. So, the point is, I try their stuff and they just keep on delivering the goods. I'm a fan!

Best gf%26vegan mac!!

This stuff is SO good!! I have celiac so I've tried almost all the gluten free pasta there is to try, but I'm newer to veganism. This stuff texturally reminds me of being a kid and having the Kraft SpongeBob macaroni and cheese, and the flavor is great - creamy, nice and garlicky without being overpowering. 11/10 - Daiya knocked this out of the park

Great flavor brought to you by Daiya

My son has Celiac disease, this doesn't make him sick. My son loves the taste of this as does my daughter who doesn't have celiac. Celiac disease isn't curable but is managed by going gluten free. My son is a very extremely sensitive Celiac, there have been products that are "gluten free" but Aren't Really gluten free due to cross contamination. This product is the real deal for us. He either has this as a main meal or as a side. I tried a spoonful of this myself when I first purchased this to ensure my son would like the taste, I wasn't sure at first, but he really enjoys this flavor. yes this can be made with regular milk, I prefer lactose-free milk as we have issues with regular. Those "milks" made from nuts or soy don't do anything for us when it comes to making gluten free mac n cheese.
