We have five rescue dogs, and every evening Daddy prepares what can only be described as a Michelin-star dog casserole. One of the key ingredients is Pedigree Chopped Ground Dinner. The process begins with five dogs peacefully minding their own business. The moment the can opener makes that first click, it's like a neighborhood emergency siren. Dogs appear from every room of the house. Some may have been sleeping. Some may have been outside. One may have been in another dimension. This variety pack is part of our nightly casserole recipe, mixed with their dry food. The chicken and beef flavors are both huge hits. The bowls get cleaned so thoroughly that I'm tempted to skip washing them. As the owner of five rescue dogs, I've learned that dog food reviews should be measured in enthusiasm. If tails wagged any harder, we'd need homeowners insurance. If bowls could talk, they'd be demanding seconds.
