Pretty steep learning curve for a new granny.. there are so many options with this thing it takes a bit of thinking to figure them all out. Very well made and the design is well thought out. I was stumped with the harder triangle piece and had to come back and research it on the sale page a bit more but turns out it is a back support for the adult - nice. I am super impressed with the new style snaps- makes for easy connection when you are trying to hang on to a kid and get the straps secured. This product is really worth considering if you are looking for essentially a hip carrier, front and rear facing carrier. Material is great, straps are nice and it comes with an extension extending the belt to fit a wide range of bodies. Good support for both baby and mom.. Would make a good gift.

The last baby carrier I bought I researched so much before purchasing but honestly I wish I had known about this one. This one has a lot of features that the last one did not have. I love that the waist band has a release nob for quick adjustments. The baby seat looks comfortable and secure and the shoulder straps have decent padding and are easily adjustable for a large variety of sizes. I also love the storage bag for keys, phone, or a wallet. This was something my last one was definitely missing. I'm honestly not sure this is a value for the money because it's much pricier than what I paid in the past but it is a great quality carrier. I wish I would have had one of these with my first child because it is so much more wonderful to have my babies securely cuddled up against me than in a stroller. I can get so much more stuff done with free arms plus my babies are much happier in a carrier too. I definitely recommend baby carriers like this one to all new moms.
