I have the Ninja Food processor system but it took up too much room on my countertop. I was looking for something powerful yet compact. This is perfect for my needs. Its just as powerful as the food processor but easier to clean and store. The smaller attachment chopped an onion in seconds and the pitcher attachment turned my tomatoes into sauce in seconds! Pancake mix is a breeze in the pitcher and you can pour the batter instead of spooning it out. All the pieces are easy to take apart and clean. The blades are VERY sharp. I love this set. It was just what I need for everyday cooking and drink making.

Great for the price but not a blender

Great for the price. Works well. Had to buy new one because large top replacement gasket wasn't sold separately and top was only a little cheaper than the set! This is not a blender. Needs more food in it to work and does not make a silky puree. But it is s a great device for Piña Coladas and smoothies. plus salsas and hummus.
