The chocolate is really good especially super cold from the back of the fridge. You can also blend it with banana or what you like. It’s not thick and icky like ensure and some of the other meal replacements. I hate breakfast so but I will take 30g protein with 160 calories for 12 for $20 everyday of the week.

My dr informed me my protein levels were too low for healing after surgery. He recommended protein shakes either powder, I'd need to mix or pre-made (my choice) such as Walmart's brand. Walmart's brand, while cheaper is still costly when you need to drink 3 per day just to get levels up HOWEVER... it did the trick. Plus, between the cheaper than brand name GV brand non fat Greek yogurt AND one protein shake daily (I prefere the caramel flavor... oh yummy) I've been able to keep my protein level up with the shakes, the yogurt and other food based proteins. I've not seen Walmart have a "sale" on pre-made shakes but I have found them cheaper on a rival platform and occasionally I'll stock up on that. Overall the Walmart brand is a solid choice I'd recommend if you need to boost you protein levels for any reason
