Instructions
To disinfect, empty toilet bowl before cleaning. Open pouch of disposable cleaning heads and push handle straight down onto cleaning head until it clicks into place. Dip cleaning head in remaining toilet bowl water for 1–2 seconds. Scrub entire toilet bowl above the water line. Let sit 10 minutes. Flush to rinse toilet. When finished, press cleaning head against the toilet bowl, slide blue button forward and release head into trash bin. Do not flush cleaning head. ToiletWand® handle sold separately.

Better than you might think, if you have the Wand
If you have the Clorox Wand handle, this is wonderful (won't work otherwise). It actually cleans the surface of the toilet bowl, because you can SCRUB. Those liqui-gel toilet bowl cleaners rely on chemistry, and that doesn't always work, especially on something that's a couple days old. At first I thought this would be a gimmick, but it actually has a role in keeping a clean bathroom.

I love this product from the get go!!! I highly recommend it and I’m so glad that my sister decided to go ahead and try it because at first she didn’t want to but then I guess she started thinking about it and went ahead and did it without my knowledge but when it arrived at the house I went ahead and took it right out of the box started using it right away and our toilet has never been so clean. I mean it has but my point is is that I don’t have to get my hands dirty per say

So these are $2 each. I didn't look closely at the quantity. SIX toilet cleaner refills for $12. And it doesn't come in a box. You can usually get a box of 10 refills for less than $5. Don't order these.
