Horrible. Bought several cards and they could not be activated. The customer help desk said they would look in to and it may take several days. I had to send all my documentation including pictures of the cards and receipts. Never again will I purchase this card

You won't get a card with money on it.
This is the SECOND gift card I bought from Walmart that was not activated and was told the first time I'd get a refund; this time I was told they couldn't do anything, that I'd have to call a different number as this was "beyond what they were capable of fixing." I'm now waiting on the company that makes these cards. Why does Walmart think it's ok to take $100 from me and give me NOTHING. Don't buy this or the Visa ones, either. What a waste of money! $100 just gone!

When I received the gift card the money was not loaded on the card. I called Walmart twice and was supposed to receive a refund to my original form of payment but I have yet to receive my refund. The purchase was made 07/09/2025 and today is 07/22/2025.
