My husband has been using the Garden of Life Men's Multi vitamins for a week now and really enjoys them. I like that there are so many vitamins but along with that is the fruit & vegetable blend with a bunch of nutritious fruits and veggies. I've been really pleased with this once-a-day men's multivitamin-it's incredibly convenient and checks all the boxes for what I look for in a supplement. I especially appreciate that it provides 100% or more of the daily recommended amounts of the essential vitamins, which gives me peace of mind knowing I'm getting full support for my health. The fact that you only have to take one pill a day makes it easy to stick with, and I love that it includes servings of fruits and vegetables for an added nutritional boost. The taste is neutral too, which is actually a big plus-no unpleasant aftertaste or chalkiness.
