So many nutrients in one little vitamin!

My husband has been using the Garden of Life Men's Multi vitamins for a week now and really enjoys them. I like that there are so many vitamins but along with that is the fruit & vegetable blend with a bunch of nutritious fruits and veggies. He also was happy to find out that he gets no uncomfortable after taste with these which has happened with other vitamins.

Clean ingredient supplement

The capsule is clear which is an added bonus I enjoy seeing what's inside the supplement knowing it's clean ingredients. Knowing this vitamin is filled with probiotics, enzymes and Whole Foods is an added bonus. No fillers or gums. A great option as it's non gmo and gluten free makes taking easy especially if you have an allergy. The ingredients are relatively clean and it's packed with a lot for a supplemental vitamin. I really enjoy that this has digestive enzymes as well.
