Damaged product. Low quality.
Extremely disappointed with this garage shelving unit. The box arrived heavily damaged, crushed, and torn open in multiple areas. Once unpacked, several of the particle board shelves had chipped corners, broken edges, and impact damage. Some of the metal parts even appeared bent. To make things worse, the assembly instructions were completely ripped and crumpled inside the box, making setup even more frustrating. The internal packaging was torn apart and clearly did not protect the contents during shipping. For a brand-new product, this level of damage and poor packaging is unacceptable. I expected usable shelves, not damaged boards and destroyed instructions straight out of the box. Very poor shipping protection and quality control.
